You would have thought this was the 10th annual BP Conference, not the first.As I was mentioning to a few folks over lunch today, I think the biggest distinction for me between every other conference, networking event, etc that I've ever been to and this one is that the relationships you build here are genuine.

Until those groups are eliminated or transformed, I don't believe that National REIA can effectively be the advocacy group for investors that I think we're looking for.

Try to help them genuinely by giving as much free information as possible, without revealing your bargaining chips.Good Luck! 

@Logan Miller Just try to make your targets feel like you are genuinely trying to help them.

Real and genuine.

If you keep an eye on it regularly you learn to spot the genuine ones.

The time to build empathy with them is at the property or on the phone, where you can be sincere and genuine.

Also - we'll be holding some "competitions" soon, such as "best kitchen transformation" or "ugliest house" - so start saving your photos of your investment projects!

I can see how if someone really needed to sell their house (which is the only way a sale will happen) then it shouldn't matter what my letter says... the seller would just look for the number and call.I just wanted to change it up since it seems like when I'm re-mailing the same letter to propects it looks less genuine due to the identical wording used... might make some people feel its "less authentic" and motivate them to call and ask to be taken off the list.
