What are your electrical and gas bill and water expenses?

@Trevon PeraccaI personally do not use a lot of SEO or lead generating websites, however I have seen their power in action before.

I am looking for plumbing, electrical, roofers, flooring, siding, painters and the whole nine yard.

I agree about the sticker shock checking things out online but with the vast majority of properties here 100 years old, and most severely neglected, the maintenance and heating costs alone are absurd and almost every one will need a new roof, foundation work, lots of electrical work and more significant repairs that just make it a nightmare and the low prices not worth it in the long run (in my opinion and those I've talked with in the business up here). 

But we have lost power for almost 18 hours now and getting colder!!!!

Rent will have to include water, electric, sewer and garbage. 

I would price out the plumbing and electric for the smaller stacked units (think ge space maker or smaller) in the units before a free standing building....you just need a closet size space and they do this in the efficiency units (450square feet) where I have a condo rental..this may put the costs for electric back on tenant if individually metered..

The builder then pulls down the plumbing, electrical and wall in the massive decks and turns these into illegal rentable suits.

I would suspect his clients would know how to disable the Ignition thingee  .. since they are pro's at hacking power water and gas...
