I trying to decide if i should stick with the same website domain for my next Mailing Campaign or create a new one. My name isn't exactly easy to remember. For the more experienced investors out there, please share pros/cons.

My current website (displayed on mailer): www.PeraccaRealEstate.com

Purposed domain: ChicagoHomeBuyers.com

Thoughts?

It's not that important - your current one will be fine, or keep looking for a new one.  I wouldn't pay the premium to buy one via an auction or some other domain name selling service.

Be creative - for example - you could do something like this:

WindyCityBuyers.com - OR - WindyCityHouseBuyers.com

J Beard is right that we spend a lot of time trying to adapt to changes in Google's system.  SEO is an elusive goal that depends on many factors - the URL is minor compared to things like the page title, header tags, page copy, and links into and off the site.  And truth is - most your leads will come from paid search, not SEO, so you could be called the PurplePuppyHomeBuyers.com and it wouldn't matter as long as the page is legit with great copy, imagery, and a clear and compelling call to action.  Honestly LANDING PAGES will be more important to you than your WEBSITE for lead gen.

I'm a marketing guy so I think it's a good investment of time to come up with a great identity - come up with something that makes sense and is easy to remember and is hopefully even "catchy"..  Just don't get to hung up on this - you have a lot more to create before you have a working system for online lead generation.
