Our largest hospital is a religiously based non-profit, the Catholic Church owns it, or did as the just changed and while it's technically a non-profit, just a few years ago, they put in several hundred thousand dollars in a single family home converting it to an ambulance station and the next year tore it down for a parkeing lot.

A good school system is generally correlated with a safer neighborhood along with other family-friendly amenities.Public Transportation: We also wanted to be within a 15-min walk to the nearest MBTA station.

Location seems to be pretty good as you're a short walk from a train station. 

Among them was that for non-owner occupied short term rentals, the property owner gets it re-zoned as commercial.Check the local papers and TV stations for more details.

I'm looking to invest in either a hotel or gas station business both have to be in prime location.

There's a fireworks store across the street, a DQ and a gas station a couple of doors down.
