Hotel or gas station business
I'm looking to invest in either a hotel or gas station business both have to be in prime location. I have the funds available and bank financing. Like real estate which I own, both businesses seem "LIKE"they are almost passive incomes due to asking owners in both businesses. Both have pros and cons I just want to know what is your opinions on both? Thank you.
