Where's the best place to look for/pay for crime data that is granular down to the neighborhood?

I second what Kerry was saying. As an out-of-state investor I would advise getting somebody local to the area to discuss the crime data in Indianapolis. All of the data that I have seen on Indianapolis looks super scary. Having boots on the ground to give you first-person experience will help make sense of all the data.
