Random people hauled off a ridiculous amount of the junk for us. 

These hauling companies can go out of business.

It is a good choice fir a landlord...I loved my minivan for hauling stuff and you can easily rent a truck at home depot.

The idea of building equity over the long haul is attractive.

(This can be seen from as early as kindergarten, where I took all of the cokes from my parents refrigerator and went door to door in the apartment complex selling them, 1st grade when I sold all of my school supplies in class so that I could buy a toy that I wanted, and even in high school when, due to the fact that I couldn't afford a paintball gun that I really wanted, I build a paintball club signup notebook complete with maps and rank structure and handed it to one of the most popular kids in school to get people to sign up for a small fee, would have worked if my mom hadn't found the notebook at home and got a little suspicious to say the least.)  

I don’t think it will be a home for the “long haul,” but more like a step to get what we really want.

@Nova Mendoza Your initial cashflow might not be as great but its hard to beat the overall returns over the long haul, in the long term even the cashflow.  

Watch for partners with access to investor funds living above their means – buying fancy toys, taking extravagant vacations, holding lavish parties, etc.3.

We had to have our maintenance team go and disassemble it and haul it away (they didn't ask if they could have it, they just got one, then left it).

This is a relationship business, and I am in this for the long haul.
