I had a drywall contractor who never finished after constant delays on his part.

I recently hired one for a house project and got his price per square, but when the roof was finished, he billed me for the total number of shingles used not the size of the house. 

@Casey Shultz careful with this kind of general comparison of rents within a zipcode as the finish doesn't justify the rent.

It's 1,344 finished single family manufactured house built 2005 over a 1,344 sqft basement with 9' ceilings (2,688 total sqft.)

If you or your property manager are on top of things and hitting all the eviction milestones on time, 3-4 weeks should be the maximum duration of the process from late rent to vacant.

I will tell you that the very best thing you could do, as others have said, is to wait until your divorce is final and you have your settlement finished.
