If the omitted party is a judgment lien creditor or something nominal you can probably negotiate a release, or have the seller negotiate the release and still go through with the deal so it may not be the end of the world.

More bloated government we don't need and will just extend problems for the future.Gave the new guy in a chance and Obama hasn't made any headway if anything we are worse off than before.The fundamental issue is if you believe less government or more government will fix our problems as a country.

Its existance in the water,if known to the buyer,may be a material fact in deciding to buy or not.FYIFrom what I have read, the risk can, albiet small , extend to warm water bodies,natural and man made,even hot tubs ,even food .

In a judgment situation, you will need to get a release from the creditor (Discover) in order to close.

It's amazing to me how many buyers and buyer's agents who, during the price negotiations, say they won't be picky in the inspection, just looking for major issues, then suddenly want every tiny thing in the report fixed by a licensed contractor with an extended warranty or request thousands more off already negotiated price.
