The article also mentions that it excludes people on Section 8.....so if I'm screening tenants that are on Section 8 and they have a felony, I CAN exclude them.Also....if you have a duplex, SFR, triplex or fourplex you that you are house hacking you can also exclude them.Looks like you may have "forgot" to mention those facts my man.

Here the 21 years is a stiff deterrent, and there is an additional requirement that if you are Aping vacant land or lots that you have to fence it off and excluded EVERYBODY including the owner from the property for 21 years without a break.When there is s dispute over a fence line, its better to resolve by negotiations rather than waiting 21 years and filing a law  suit.I have seen where title companies and title attorneys have given a flyer of selling a tax sale property for example, if the sale is more than 21 years old without having to file either a Quiet Tittle Action, or an Adverse Possession Suit.

Also, AgentPro's filtering system was broken for the entire six weeks I was a subscriber, so even though I checked the box to exclude LLCs, my list was full of LLCs.

The owner discriminated because it allowed other pets without an RX and didn't allow certain pets due to the fact that the dog didn't have an RX and the owner had special needs.Does it depend on the state you live in whether it is legal, or not, to exclude a comfort animal and/or a trained service dog?
