Buyer Brokerage Agreement

Hi,

Is it wise for an Investor to enter into a Buyer Brokerage Agreement.

Many agents will not work without them....also some states require that an agent have one by law to work with you. (Virginia is that way, Maryland is changing to that soon).

Get a referral to an agent that someone you know has had a good experience working with. If an agent has done right by someone you know, they are likely to do right by you.
