I suggest meeting with some people from BP and attending some local REIA meetings to network its the only way to get your feet wet (dont just stick your toe in) lol.I havnt found my first deal yet buy am working hard and trying to network with more people to biuld up a solid team and suggest you do the same, make sure you have a solid team behind you and sky's the limit.
