navigating my way through life.

I am starting my journey through the real estate arena of life and a little  guidance  from you guys to help me get started.

I think, my short term goal is to find a mentor to help me find  and navigate that first deal. ( purchasing a pre-building condo and selling that one apartment  after the building is finished)

Long Island city, NEW YORK

Please contact me!!!

Thx

Welcome to BP @Oran Booker.  @Ned Carey wrote a really good blog on finding a mentor.

It may be hard to find a mentor, but I suggest going out to some of your local REIA's, and meetup groups. You might be surprised what you can learn from some veterans in your market place...and many of them are more than happy to give you some pointers. Of course read through these forums...it is the best free education you can get.
