We are 700k financed and currently in the process of raising a bridge round of 500k to get us to a Series A round of about 5 mil.

My husband and I purchased our first investment property in December, and we are now looking to get our second property while finishing up a remodel on one unit in the first.  

Plus we are in contact on a 60 unit in Atlanta.  

We are anxious to learn all we can about the field, particularly in West Texas.

We are financing the purchase through a local bank.

But i like these high end properties, we have a few we are renovating right now over $1M.

I, along with a business partner, are beginning to take serious steps towards finding our first deal through all the same conduits only to be disappointed (we are not surprised by this).

Study and research most of cities/states now,it seems we are in seller market now?
