Can landlords suggest their FAVORITE colors (gray), and manufactures (i.e; Sherwin-Williams, Benj Moore, Behr, Glidden, etc)..... 

I work for a paint manufacturing company in Azusa,CA.

These are NOT the mobile/manufactured homes you might be thinking of, but are *real* homes built in modules in a faculty and then transported to your site and put together on a foundation with all utilities already stubbed up.

So a different approach is to target the distributor and manufacturer... thats were the money is at... try to get at the source of the issue.

The "free enterprise" of food manufacturers choose for us what we eat.

The electronics manufacturers are working heavily to keep it down so it doesn't increase their production costs but still....you never buy something at the peak of it's value and gold is at the peak of it's value, imho.

Or unless it's a manufactured home or a modulaur home...

27.5yrs or 10yrs (manufacture warranty)?

The first time buyers are desperate for affordable homes and even buying basic, 10 year old manufactured homes for 250-300K. 

@J Scott thanks for pulling back the curtain and revealing the manufactured drama.We don't have cable at home, but when we are staying somewhere with cable we binge watch the HGTV and add lots of snarky running commentary.
