She understands more than you or me how a woman thinks...nice kitchens and bathrooms sell properties (and attract tenants). 

My industrial tenants were fully allowed to make all the noise they want, because they have industrial zoning, so I simply complained to the county and had her illegal tenants removed.I'm not sure what happened to this woman, but, probably not good things.

One is the owner of a trailer park, the other is a black woman who was a teacher who became a full time landlord who works with her husband who does maintenance.

I want a repair man or woman to move in one of the apartments rent free as he or she fixes up the other 3 apartments.  

- Seems that woman is extremely violent and mentally unstable.

This woman still has another 6-7 months on the lease, but she is making our other tenants so uncomfortable that they are thinking about breaking their lease and finding a new place to live.

The woman has a fake one year lease so she can stay, but the owners are filing for an eviction that could take 60-90 days?

She looked like the most ideal tenant out of the other 6 that paid on their own.In that 14 years, that woman has paid about half the value of the entire apartment building in rent. 

I get about 2 clients/week who want to work with a woman who is knowledgeable, answers the phone and returns calls. 

I knew the woman had been a supervisor at a company that she had worked at for 15 years.
