I see new construction at a crazy pace.  

Jeremy Pace - I did not realize that section 8 provides free inspections.

However in my opinion, it was just a lawyer on the podcast to strike more fear into the community and also forwarding their own agenda to sell more LLC formations to the BP community.  

finances are on the check mark in my area. running the math I will have either a few hundred grand in savings, stocks, or equity in 1-4 unit property's within a couple years going at my pace. however while I am saving this massive load of cash and sacrificing a great deal to do so.

If your lease specifies this and they cannot keep pace with rent (late fees are assessed)...they violate the terms of the lease and it snowballs all the way to their removal...for example.

Again, your pace depends on many factors. 

It is fairly slow paced and quiet.

Perhaps they're trying to prevent getting overrun by the rush and are working people in at their own pace.
