(Buy and hold)My main goal is to get more involved and do more with real estate which is why I came here :)One question I have for most of you guys is: How most of you started with?

@Fabio A Becker yes everytime we buy a new property, we accquired a duplex 2 years ago and there was 2 doors per unit and common areas was garage and main entrance. we got a key ring full of keys.

That was the main objective, to get a cash flow to live on since I was basically unemployable.

@Dan Roma You can have an agent list the property if you include that right in your contract (this is a major component of wholetailing).

Hello,I did this on my main to have more cash as low rates. 

The patrons with too much alcohol in one mixed drink will get  buzzed too fast and not be able to have more drinks.For food main meals there is not much profit.

Cash flow would be amazing but my main objective is to cut out my biggest monthly expense RENT!!

This can get tougher if the seller has many different businesses and they use a main account for deposits.

Outside of that, my main hobby is triathlon, cycling, running, etc., and I can't wait to meet some of you around Colorado and learn as much as I possibly can! 

I am mainly interested in passive income and do not plan on being a full time investor as I have a full time job that I plan on keeping, at least for the foreseeable future.
