To introduce myself and give a little background...I’m originally for Iowa, born and raised ...yes i said Iowa haha !

I was born in Henderson, moved to Whitehouse when I was 4 and then to Forney when I was 5.  

My name is Benjamin Ortiz born and raised in Chicago IL and just recently relocated my family and I to Kenosha WI to better care for them out here.

Would love to borrow ideas from other people's systems.Not a born salesman.

Now the client has a new born, his wife no longer works and as they are on a single income for the time being, they may not be able to qualify for a mortgage.

I was born and raised in Dallas and when I turned 16 gasoline was .28  per gallon and we drove around a lot and know the area pretty well.

My name is Manuel Zayas I'm 33 years old I was born in New York City.Came to Miami at the age of 5-6 and never went back cause I love the beaches here.i have no experience in real estate but my dad was contractor fixing up a lot houses back in the early 90s.I use to go with him on the weekends and help him fix up house and apt.I had a job doing maintenance for 10 years and I was doing everything!

After my little boy was born, we didn't have anymore roommates.He and I were interested in flipping - Buy cheap, rent reasonable or sell high.

I agree with the fellow re decide a path first, but that comment doesn't even make sense when you are first "born"
