Minimum investment is $50k Due to the soft market we are able to take advantage of another developers failed attempt to turn a profit and we can together enjoy the benefits.

He said he didn't have the money that year to go on vacation so this was the next best thing.

We enjoy it so far.

However, I do not feel it is the Governments role to stop a couple from being together and enjoying the rights and freedoms that America provides.

Why he does it in these areas as opposed to certain flyover country areas that have a greater percentage of return is actually quite simple - he loves the ocean and likes to own property where he can "vacation" and check out his holdings.

I also am more knoweldgable then most agents when it comes to the financing options, business planning, fix-n-flip vs rental, estimating cost of repairs, cash flowing, property expenses, net profits, ect.I enjoy helping others succeed in the Real Estate Investment Market (yes, even in this bad economy....it still can be done ;) I specialize in helping brand new investors get on their way in Real Estate Investing!

I have attended your meetings, Rosie, and enjoyed them but I missed this one.

This time of year, people are going to be on vacation and distracted with personal business.Note I'm talking about individual properties.
