Hi Everyone!

I am a newbie here on this forum! I am a Realtor here in St. Louis with almost 10 yrs. under my belt in Real Estate & Investment properties. I am a Certified REO Specialist & specialize in REO's, short sales, pre-foreclosures, Court House Step Properties, Fix N Flips, Rental Properties (Single Family Homes, Multi Family Homes & Apartment Complexes) & Property Management. I also am more knoweldgable then most agents when it comes to the financing options, business planning, fix-n-flip vs rental, estimating cost of repairs, cash flowing, property expenses, net profits, ect.

I enjoy helping others succeed in the Real Estate Investment Market (yes, even in this bad economy....it still can be done ;) I specialize in helping brand new investors get on their way in Real Estate Investing! I have helped over 30 investors get going in Fix N Flips & Rentals & work with almost all of them for their property management needs.
