In 5-10 years, I can see it spewing over into Anson county and across the SC border around Paigeland.

You can go right across the border for Wisconsin or Indiana.

This is business, not a charity.Years back I was in wholesale business (not RE) I encountered highly unethical people whose actions bordered on criminal and it had nothing to do with offering the least to buy what was worth the most.

@Ethan Smith Johnson City and Binghamton are together between the rivers and highway, and you wouldn't necessarily notice crossing the border between one and the other.
