Hello Bigger Pockets, I'm new to the forum, but quickly finding it to be something I can't stay away from. I'm located in the Derry, New Hampshire area and am interested in investing in my area, or others. With my background in construction, I'm interested in buying and renovating homes, but I'm exploring other options as well. Looking forward to starting off 2018 with digging my heels in and making my first investment purchase.
