That got old quick I had better things to do with my time, but she trekked on and the last time I talked to he she wanted my to give her a ride to a new home she purchased in Victorville California (about 240 mile round trip) and if my wife asked where I was at I would be in big trouble.

., if I were a sole-proprietor contractor, and hold the titles to rentals in my own name, I'd get on my pony and ride straight to the local LLC or Corp store, and get that target off my back. 

But, like someone else suggested, we had significant cash reserves which helped quell her fears as she saw we could "ride the storm out" if necessary. 

Every dollar we make goes into more projects so it is an exciting ride!

Based on your projected sales demographic, can the flood prone areas be made into a "community feature" that will help your sales efforts, such as hiking trails, horseback riding trails, shooting range, nature area with grouse, greening the planet, or etc...?

You can walk to eat, ride your bike to the beach and a short Uber to most places.

I may ride those rents month to month after a couple of the contracts expire and until the end of the year when the eviction restriction hopefully goes away.
