Genuinely new to this forum.

The floorplan was arranged in a way that some non-load bearing walls could easily be removed, some new walls framed, and with about $40k, the house would be transformed from an un-appealing 2/1 that would lose $300/mo as a rental into a very appealing 4/2 that would cashflow about $500/mo (incl. the debt service for the rehab)...

There are plenty of empty profiles on here, and just the simple quality of a photo, helps identify you as a genuine person to connections.

You just have to take the freaks now and then along with the genuine people that need help.

And, of course, there are succesful wholesalers out there, but nary a succesful one near me.Beyond being (obviously) local, REI can be a very specialized art dependent on a multitude of local factors that aren't necessarily replicated along geographical lines.Not every REI opportunity exists everywhere, which is why many here are mobile in their REI pursuits.And if any 'real wholesalers' want to 'mobilize' their selves on over near me I will pay you genuinely good money for genuinely good deals.
