Denver vs St Louis Investing Market

A debate started on my market place ad so I thought I'd move it to the forums.

I'm hearing the Denver market is so competitive that driving for dollars doesn't work like it does in St. Louis.

Would like to invite anyone to share their experiences in either city here.

My guys drive for dollars, door knock, cold call, etc, and we are finding deals here and there in Denver. Mostly rental numbers, but I've seen a few good flips. I'm in the middle of two excellent flips right now that came from my network.

@Nathan Hayes - You're wasting time looking on the MLS and competing with the starving investors out here. You need to leverage your sphere and find off market opportunities.
