They receive a link that they can click on and it loads a web-page that is automatically updated with information you specify.

I was looking at the Los Angeles county accessor web site of some land that recently sold for $5,000 to $7,000.. how do i find land to buy so I can build house on it.. is there a MLS for buying land from the city? 

(If you google realtors or call one from signage/etc you're more likely to get one who is in higher production and already has listings and money for web advertising and they may be too busy to go door knocking, that's why going to the local office will be best if you want someone else to do that part.)     

I've found Edina Realty's web site pretty decent as well.

These properties do NOT count towards your 10 slots either.At the end of the day, these loans are not typically meant to be stayed in long term. 

Personally I like to mail directly to homeowners so I do ListSource. zBuyer is much different, their lists are online web form submission from craigslist and other place.

Tmax it will pop up the info for the person called so you know who you are talking to and have all their info on the T-Max CRM then I have it linked to my sales CRM and it will pull the account up on most web-based CRMs.
