I'm pretty new to wholesale re but I have a firm understanding of how assignments n double closings work...I have done the leg work and compiled a nice list of properties with a lot of potential that investors would jump all over, I also have a few investor eager to jump on what I bring them...my set back is a investor friendly title company or closing attorney, I need direct contact with someone in this area so that the deals can begin and flow smooth...does anyone know or can suggest an investor friendly title company or attorney that is savvy with wholesale deals in New York?..
