On the renewal policy, it lists a couple of new exclusions, one of them being coverage for pet liabilities.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I love the applicants that say they don't smoke or have pets and then find a picture of them on FB in bed with their dog while smoking a cigar.

Sometimes you can share a house with swimming pool if you don't smoke, have pets, wife, kids etc.

Washington, should allow us to attract a different type of tenant, younger, with higher income and ideally, pet owners.

Are they a responsible pet owner?

Trying to target bue-collar temp workers, relocating families and/or couples with pets, medical students and people who will need hospital care for 1+ months.
