Even if you were somehow able to convince investors to come onboard...would you be comfortable handling their money without much experience in this arena?

Currently in the process of getting the wife onboard with this idea, she isn't convinced but with the help of you guys hopefully i get her interested enough to read and learn about it like i am.

Even got the wife on board with it ;) I've looked at a few properties on loopnet and crunched the numbers, put them into the Pro Tools on BP, and would love if somebody could look over one example and let me know what they think.

My wife is on board to sell and take leftover to invest in other more promising markets.

You might want to offer some assistance in getting the siblings onboard, if that’s something you might be comfortable doing.

This happens to be my wife's favorite property so far (glad that she is coming on board!!!)

So since I cancelled the original offer I had to sign a rescind letter and jump back on board.

I've been considering getting my husband on board as a partner and I love to know of other couples who support each other in the RE journey.
