You'll pretty much know it WAS if the house was built in the 60s.Either way, we put 2 to 3 coats of oil-based polyurethane on the floor and lay something overtop, LVP is my go-to, and read that we wouldn't have any issues.

I would envision things would still be strong through the winter as supply decreases but demand is still existing - and this is with most of the oil rigs stacked up... wait till the price of oil comes back next summer.

There are other factors like depreciation limiting your taxable income that affect your IRR, but apples to apples, I would rather own an oil pipeline ETF that has a solid yield of 6.8% and doesn't involve tenants and toilets.
