Does anyone have a recommendation for an investor friendly mortgage lender or broker in the Athens, Alabama area?

Vanguard or the other discount brokers will take care of the transfers. 

This is a huge advantage for server farms, manufacturers and others who cannot afford to lose electrical power.Relatively low energy cost.

When I get back to Oregon I plan on taking my Oregon Broker License test and would love to work as a property manager or in a commercial brokerage doing really anything.

I've been put in spots by a sloppy mortgage broker too; it's no fun.  

I am in need of a buyers broker and a listing agent that can handle my investment side with potential to partner.

One of the huge exceptions is experienced RE professionals (investors, mortgage brokers, etc), they tend to get what agents will get them. 

One example I saw involved a broker talking about bids - and the lowest amount her client would accept - openly in the office.

Getting either a real estate broker to comp your house, or better yet, an appraiser to appraise your house are your, two best bets for closer, still not 100% accurate numbers.
