There's instant access to fishing/kayaking/ect. 

They are catching fish in a barrel in the Southern United States, but it just doesn't feel like I should put another egg in that basket, at this time at least.

We take about 30 calls per deal, on average, most that call are not TRULY motivated and are just fishing for a price. 

I do agree that teaching someone HOW to fish rather than supplying them with fish is a phenomenal parenting technique that will serve them well.  

Being and investor to me broadens ways I'll make a profit on that particular propety.

Long Pond, Lake Mascuppic, dont forget not to far from there about an hour to hour/half you have NH - Lake Winnipesauke and surrounding lakes which is a Summer and Winter attraction due to the Summer lodging, boating, Jetski's and the Annual Huge Ice Fishing tournament.

As Silvio stated above, if you intend to sell the property soon, your pole is already in the water, why stop fishing now?

They have expanded and broadened to Syndication… another tool in the toolbox of multifamily investing.

And I essentially have no hobbies aside from fishing and household projects, watch no TV, no sports, since I am already spending an average of 25-30 hours per week in real estate in addition to the 40 I spend in W-2 role.
