Im trying to decide if flipping a home or buying a rental property is the best option for my first investment.

Even as we get efficient and effective buying solo, getting it to our advantage with price reductions and concessions used to be very tough but should get easier with the new (about time) rules of buyers being responsible for getting their own agent paid.

lolol  I've kept my old R22 units going, yes having to recharge them every other year, but no problem (buy my own can of R22, and do a simple charge up (with a can of Sealit "stuff" now)) but, that's MUCH cheaper than a whole new system, which I do know has to come in the future.
