Replace those with new boards.Also, look in the attic (and the garage rafters) for builder stashed leftovers (yes from 1908).You might also be able to pull them from a low traffic area (such as under where a bed will sit), and put them in a high traffic area.The replacement boards will need to profile match the pulled ones.

The traffic is horrendous.

@Steve Hyzny It's one of the reasons I left California (+ traffic+pollution+the fact I couldn't buy-and-hold locally to achieve any sort of decent return).

SA traffic is terrible. 

Never rely on anonymous strangers you met on the web to find your money.

Cozy used to syndicate out to more places, but now it only goes to a few sites and I wasn't getting the traffic I needed to fill units quickly. 

As for generating leads /traffic, we find all we need to do is use Zillow.  

If you reach out to local realtors (find the highly recommended ones in the area via a web search), they can be a great resource for finding good property managers in the area, including a flavor of what you'll find in the area, names to reach out to, and probably names to stay away from, too.
