Cozy application reports together or separate

First time posting on cozy.  When you guys post a new listing do you click on "require background" and "require credit check."  or do you leave that unchecked and then send it to them after you get the application.  If the application looks good?

Also, anything else you do other than posting on cozy?

@Derek Larson - I definitely click background and credit check required.  Cozy does a great job with their applications and background checks...I would definitely use their system.

Cozy's rent collection system is clean, user friendly, and provides a great system for rent collection.
