Our market is pretty quick right now and most SFH get multiple offers within a few hours.Got rejected a few times and am trying to figure out how to make an offer more attractive.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mark,The way it works is the typical electronic rejection followed by another seperate email stating the exact NET amount they will accept (so you have to add back in the 5% the realtor gets).
