Always do a math analysis on your prospective properties and try to look at the property before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that will allow you some time upfront ( about 15 days) to look at the property and possibly back out without a penalty that is more than your earnest money if anything at all.I am 59 years old and I found BP about 11 months ago during my medical leave and I still have not decided what I am going to do.

Also, in the same contract have the words "or Assigns" by your name in the contract so you can make a transfer or wholesale the subject property.I am 59 years old and I found BP about 11 months ago and I am still trying to decide what I am going to do while I medically recover.

Of course, people like me see it for what it is...someone trying to get as close to 200 as possible without actually asking it.The marketing folks do it all the time from what I read in that article in a doctor's waiting room.In my opinion though, it doesn't look right for selling or renting real estate.

She also would not be able to pay for food, clothing, transportation, medical, recreation, childcare needs, etc.Instead of considering only the tenant's portion, I would prefer to keep my income requirements the same for all tenants, regardless of their source of income.
