The people are kind and genuine.

Just you talking about your A and B units that you enjoy put a smile on my face because I do know that I will prefer properties I genuinely care about.

This dude, new investor (the OP) asked a genuine question about DMM.

Definately thought he was genuine but the guy with the camera follows the hobo when he leaves, for a short distance to his new RANGE ROVER.

The letter needs to genuine, dont sound like a pawn shop salesmen, try to bring value in as few words as possible because people dont want to read a whole page of words. sign the letter if you type it, and write a little sentence on the bottom of the letter about their property (like hey I love this or that or something like that) to show you're not a pice of crap like the others who write letters using services.

I do genuinely appreciate that and hope you were still able to get something helpful out of my posting.

I know this industry can be frustrating to work with at times, but there genuinely is a lot of work that goes into being a good agent.

It's vital to be completely honest, and transparent with these guys so they feel they have a genuine relationship being built, and not someone just asking for money.
