If you have the flooring/cabinets/trim in, you will be tripling the time the painter spends because of the required prep.Remember: inside walls, outside walls, paint, then finishes.

We're turning the units for about $5,000 per unit which includes new LVT in the common areas, carpet in the bedrooms, 2 tone paint, and cabinets and appliances on an as needed basis.

Kitchen cabinets were custom, $6k, should have used store bought cabinets but oh well.  

There are a few spots that I know I can save some money and not sacrifice too much time (floors, paints, cabinet install).I actually have the landscaper out there for the next 3 days getting the property all cleaned up.

I have been getting quotes for everything from reframing the home to cabinets, and have already learned a lot. 

Totally depends on style and how much you want to spend, for kitchens I'd find a wholesaler that GCs in the area use it will usually be about half the cost of Home Depot for kitchen cabinets and countertops. 

You still have to account for flooring,appliances,painting,cabinets,gutters,hvac,hot water heater,etc.

The Floors were never Trimmed, the Cabinet Hardware and the sides to the counters were never put on, and the paneling and Trim over the Slider door was never put on.
