Yahoo, my first "Fix and Flip"!!!

So here it is, the pride and glory of my first PPC advertisement. 

I found out early on that the house had asbestos floors, and some in the walls as well.

After removing the walls, we found out that it also had major termite damage. Yay!

I am excited and extremely nervous (that I'm gonna lose my butt) for the coming months with this project. 

I have been getting quotes for everything from reframing the home to cabinets, and have already learned a lot. 

I would love to get any tips, tricks or general pieces of advice (hopefully encouraging) that anyone might have to offer.
