It comes down in my opinion  to work ethic, honesty and integrity.

We have Twilio completely integrated into our systems (we can provision phone numbers and services from our own admin system) and I give their service an A+.

I suppose it really does not have a limitation in regards to current condition and structural integrity.

Integrity is so important for future deals!!

i like doing work w/integrity and want to be fair in this business.as a newbie, i don't have the experience to estimate my own costs yet, so i plan to use contractor's estimates during my due dilligence while under contract.

Even if they have integrity, they can't help but be biased by their financial stake in the deal.

This may or may not be possible with Podio but if so would require some serious integrating.  

The ones that last and make money are those who put in the work, build trust with buyers through maintaining integrity in their transactions, and create systems for the different stages to help them do more in less time.
