When I was working with investors as an agent in 2015 in San Francisco, I was cold calling, door knocking, and writing letters 7 days/week. in 2022, as an investor, its hard to get agents to do more than put you on an auto search.

They are great spots to invest if you can show up at the village halls to get things done.

There is a lot to consider here: current interest rate, remaining term, total equity amount, closing costs, etc.Just curious, can't you set them all up for auto-pay each month, so your only involvement is bookkeeping of interest vs principal?

Its likely that they will suggest:- Business Owners of Package policy (property & Liability)- Directors & Officers Liability- Hired & Non-owned Auto Liability- Workers comp.

Their focus is more in the Personal Home & Auto market.

But you typically see them in the auto plants and other skills trades we investors deal with.
