What type of insurance is needed for a college rental house? currently duplex with 7 bedrooms rented individually soon to be 10.

Any luck with a particular insurer? special considerations for student rentals?

Thank you for any advice

    Replied

@Emillio Henry if you Google "Independent Insurance Agent" you will get a list of agents who represent multiple commercial carriers.  The Geico and Allstate might be able to do it, but they only rep that one option, and they are not great in the commercial space.  Their focus is more in the Personal Home & Auto market.
