I don't know if this matters but the leak was due to the constructor penetrating the pipe with a nail that was used to hold up the dry wall.

Let the coats dry completely before you apply the next one.

Reading non-fiction is more entertaining to more people than non-fiction, fiction can be exciting, non-fiction can be pretty dry reading.   

Because good supplies dry up.  

We already have massive amounts of debt which are going to be triggered by any real drop in unemployment, so we now have a prime opportunity to make this situation even worse by getting entangled in a mess in Europe we have been extremely fortunate to avoid thus far.

Perhaps in the future, you instead just give a plate of cookies, a dried soup in a jar that's colorful and pretty (I did this for tenants and my own neighbors), a Christmas ornament, or something along those lines.Also, I'm willing to bet that your Tenant A needs you to deposit checks quickly because that's how they budget.
