When you go to preview or look at a property, the neighbors are also at ease when the see a sign on a strange vehicle at an empty house, they pay less attention to you.The down side, you have to be a good driver, can't cut anyone off, pull in front of them, run that light or go speeding down a residential street!

And most of the folks will need 15 to 50k to bring it current and keep the sale from happening.. there is no time for a loan.. you need to be able to stroke a check. you need to know how to deal with the trustee companies you may need to send a driver with a cashiers check into the company to stop the foreclosure etc.

Even if they start to build and a down turn happens the projects tend to stall out as developers cut their losses and run rather than lose more money and make money off of their other projects.I know a lot of these commercial developers and how they think.It's not my cup of tea but good luck to those who want to speculate.While I agree with a few of your points, isn't this this one of the core drivers to investing?
