An individuals blog post was forwarded to me for something else, but reading through he mentioned of a way to make some extra capital that made sense to me, I'd like to share that here for new guys/gals that have no money and would like an 'actual' way to make at least a few bucks ( you won't get rich, but it will help with initial marketing costs, or a way to pay for a course/program/book etc...)Selling probate leads!

I work at a law firm, one of the partners told me they would draft the purchase agreement (including and/or assigns) and then also the contracts for between me and the investor. it's a good idea because a local lawyer should know things you won't even think of (like including a statement that they must not remove countertops or a garbage disposal, things you really may never even imagine but that people will do to screw you out of an extra buck)

Michael,This is just my opinion for the difference between bird dog and wholesale investor.Bird Dog - No cash or credit, new to investing, looking for a quick buck ( but aren't we all )Wholesale Investor - Has cash and credit, usually can close on deals, gets the best deals from the bank, has a team of professionals in place.

Save your money, and start looking for a new place to stay, depending on the bank, they may offer you a few bucks to leave peacefully and not damage the property - they call that "cash for keys".
