I come from the world of classic cars, love and expensive projects is a dangerous mix. 

The dangers of lead-based paint is over-hyped and you're not going to murder children by letting them live on your property.

There are fewer out there, but they are out there. 

That way there are no arguments and fewer questions. 

In summary, document EVERYTHING but don’t put yourself or anyone else at risk and always call the police at the first sign of danger.

All three are residential (4 or fewer units).
