Picking a BRRRR house
I’ve found while looking for properties to brrrr the houses are usually distressed. Not an issue, however I get nervous looking at houses pre-1980’s. Can anyone offer any tips or advice in rehabbing older houses? Lead paint/asbestos I’ve heard can be an expensive bill, how expensive?
