Because of the excellent outdoor lifestyle opportunity, there's a sizable portion of the population (10%ish) that actively chooses to scrape by on as little income as possible so they can be one with nature. 

You either have to buy directly from the owner not another investor or source deals from brokers but you need to be credible and experienced to get deals from them.  

You are correct, and you do need to take action.Be sure you do not let doubt or fear cloud your mind disguised as "too much research".There are plenty of things you can and absolutely should do immediately that doesn't require any research.Get a website right NOWGet a logo right NOWGet your social media accounts right NOWWork your website, work your credibility...Doing so has given me the opportunity to eat crablegs when ever I want!
